At Kings Outdoor Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixtures aren't a perfect fit for your outdoor space, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware and instruction manuals, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
